Lonavala Team Outing
The Lonavala Team Outing is a more adventure-driven corporate offsite for teams that want their bonding day to include some physical energy alongside structured activities. The 1N/2D itinerary includes a short, guided nature trail through the surrounding hills — not a summit climb, but an easy-to-moderate walk meant to get the team moving and talking outside a conference room — followed by obstacle-course-style team challenges that test coordination and communication in small groups. Evenings wind down with a bonfire, group dinner, and informal recognition for the day's activities, followed by an overnight stay at the campsite. The next morning includes a lighter warm-up activity or team game before breakfast and departure. With its mix of light trekking, hands-on team challenges, and overnight camping, this outing is positioned as a step up in energy and adventure from a standard lakeside corporate offsite, while still being manageable for teams with a reasonable fitness level.
Highlights
- Short guided nature trail/walk through the hills

Who is this for?
Suited for companies and teams of roughly 15-50 employees who want a more physically engaging, adventure-oriented team-bonding outing rather than a purely relaxed offsite.
