- No refund on no-show, weather-related cancellations from customer end, or missing valid photo ID at base.

A valid government photo ID is mandatory for every participant at check-in. Alcohol may only be consumed responsibly and is not permitted for the crew operating the vessel. The houseboat route and anchor point for the night are subject to backwater traffic, weather and local authority guidelines, and the organizer's decision regarding any change to the route or schedule is final.
